Sleeping With A Concussion?
I was snowboarding today and i went off a rail and fell. I fell on my back but my head whipped back and hit the ground to. I do not think I blacked out… If I did it was only for like a second. I felt really light headed, and out of it for about 10 mins after it happened. I was wearing a helmet. I still felt kind of out of it but continued snowboarding for another hour and a half with no problems, except feeling light headed and a bit sick to my stomach, but not that bad. I didn’t throw up. Since then it as been like 9 hours, i have had a mild headache at the top of my head since it happened. I still feel out of it, but I am aware of what is going on and can remember everything that happened, even though some parts are kind of fuzzy I still remember it good. I have been tired since it happened but i was snowboarding for four hours and had a hard hockey game the previous day and was tired before it happened. Should I sleep?

GoW 1 Sniping Help. I suck!?
I have been sniping for a few months now and I still suck pretty bad. I rarely get headshots from far away and the only time I gets headshots is when I barrelstuff or blindfire. I see good snipers on Gearsopedia like the X Advocate and they get headshots 90% of the time. I know it takes alot of practice, but I need some tips on how to make my scoped shots more accurate. My life is the worst it's ever been?
No job, no home or apt, been homeless for two months, and live in a motel that social services provided for me.( free high speed internet). I have a teenage son who is staying with my sister and her family, so he can stay in school.He’s 15 and I see him on weekends. I am just comming out of the whole shock of it all.

I have very little money, disabilty, and just don’t know what the hell to do.
I can’t afford my own apartment, and no job is going to suddenly transform this situation. I worked part time a couple years ago, but it lasted 6 months.

I’m very nice and though of as very pretty. I have been seeking a husband for a few years now.. I guess I should work harder on that. don’t you think? Or should I just sit and rot and die?

NO! You should NOT sit and rot and die. You are a human being with worth and value. Regardless of whether or not you have a husband you must take care of yourself and your son who has no control in this situation. I don’t know what your problems are but I am sorry you are going through this. Have you applied for food stamps? Health care benefits, at least for your son, counseling provided based on income (or lack thereof) low income housing (some will pay your rent and utilities if you have no income at all)? Have you exhausted every resource that is made available to you by our government? Do not worry about a husband at this time. Worry about yourself. I know a job won’t magically change things; but it is a start. Any job is better than no job. I know the economy is bad but there is somewhere you can work. Find a place to live through the means above and find a job that is within walking distance of your home. Get yourself stable and tell the right people that you need help. Maybe if you do these things your son and you can be a family again.

Nothing is hopeless. Sometimes when we have no one and we feel that no one loves us we must give ourselves what no one else can. It’s hard – it’s the hardest thing in the world to love yourself. But you are worth it because you are human. We all are. And your son needs you. Remember that above all else.

Is this prolouge and start of my first chapter good?
I am a 13 year old girl and I am writing a fantasy/mystery story. It will be in 1st person and will have 2 main characters who will have a chapter each. This is my first draft. "So, will you do it or not?" Dave asked, his eyes were boring into me. I didn’t know what to do, me and my wife, Grace had been having money problems lately and this could solve everything. But it’s against the law my better judgement told me. I took a big breath.
"How much?"
"You won’t get your money until you have done what I ask, but it will be a lot. At least 2,000 dollars."
I let out a big breathful of air, that amount of money could solve all of our problems and more. Dave knew I needed the money that’s why he was asking me to do his dirty work. Dave was my boss, one of the richest men in Ohio, you could tell by looking at him. He was clean cut with his dark brown hair gelled back from his eyes, he was wearing a suit that probably cost the same amount of money as my car. His office was exactly the same, there was a window at the far end of the large room that took up the full wall and looked over onto the streets below, he had a large mahogany desk piled high with paper work and a sleek black laptop sat exactly in the centre of it. I was standing next to a very large potted plant that kept swaying in the breeze coming through the open window.
"Okay." I sighed "I’ll do it, but just this one time, if you ask me again I’ll say no."
Dave grinned showing of his dazzling white teeth, "You have made a very good decision Ryan, but if you betray me you’ll be sorry."
The venom of his words sent a shiver up my spine.
"Your free to go, and I wan you to work late tonight to make up the time you have lost talking to me."
My hand was twitching, ready to puch him, but I managed to make my feet move and slowly walk out of the room.

Chapter 1 – Ryan

Ding Dong. The sound of the doorbell made me jump, the house was eerily quiet and it was unusual, Grace was away at a job interview so I was on my own. l got up and went to the front door, I could see a tall and lean sillouete through the frosted glass window on the door. I peeped through spy hole and froze, it was Dave, oh god he was ment to be coming tomorro, I had everything planned out. When Grace came home I was going to tell her that we were going on holiday, of coarse we wouldn’t be it was a plan to get away form Dave. He rang the doorbell again repeatedly, he was getting mad
"Open the door Ryan, I know your in there."
I felt physically sick with fear, he was going to kill me I could see it in his eyes. Grace, was the only thought in my mind as I ran into the kitchen pulling open doors and cupboards, I had to write her a letter saying how sorry I was and giving her instructions. I eventually found a pen and started writing frantically. Grace, I was going to miss her so much, I went back to the front door. I am so sorry Grace I whispered before opening the door. Dave was standing on the doorstep, he was mad.
"Were have you been?" He spat.
"Sorry. I was in the shower."
"You know I don’t like waiting." He brung up his fist and slammed it into my face, I wasn’t expecting it, my nose burst open and blood spaterred all over the door. Dave went inside his jacket and brought out a small gun, I couldn’t draw my eyes away from it as he brought to my forehead and pushed me inside. I gulped and walked back slowly.
"You betrayed me Ryan, and you know what happens to people who betray me."
There was a bang and I felt excrucitating pain as the bullet entered my left temple.

Please work on your spelling and grammar! It is so hard to read and get where a story is going when half the reading time is spent deciphering what a word/phrase is supposed to actually be.
It does make me wonder, though, about the rest of the story, and that is what a writer needs to do- keep the reader reading.
Clean up the spelling, fix some grammatical errors (ex: ‘I know you’re in there’, not your; ‘brought’ not brung; and again, "you’re free to go’ not ‘your’- and those are just a few examples…)

Great start!
I admire you, the first chapter can be one of the hardest parts to write!

To make it better I would add more description, like how people move and speak.
e.g. ‘I ran quickly’ or ‘I ran like a cat’ or ‘he said coldly’
Also, the onomatopoeia ‘Ding Dong’ doesn’t really need to be there. You could just start with ‘The sound of the doorbell….’

Also, ‘brought’ not ‘brung’

Best Weapon in Fallout 3 + All DLCs?
Yes hello,
I recently completed The Pitt DLC, and after getting the 100 steel ingots (that was a pain!). I got the Tribal Power armor, and Metal Blaster. Cool! Right? Nope!
You see, after that I went to Point Lookout and most Tribe people were too strong for my blaster (even though I kept it at 100% condition).
SO NOW, I’m on an unmarked quest to find the best weapon (by the way guys, please don’t go saying get the MiRV, since the Nukes are sparse enough already. I want a reliable weapon with which to go and hunt some mutant overlords). I would prefer a Small or Energy weapon since thats what I specialized in.

The A3-21 Plasma Gun from Harkness in Rivet City is pretty powerful. It can be obtained in "the Replicated Man" which you reveal the truth to Harkness, but decide to keep it a secret. It also better than the Alien blaster as the alien ammo is very limited.

The Firelance, you get it on a random event. This is how I got it easily.
Travel to Casey Smith’s garage. Enter the garage. Exit the garage. You will now be facing east. Turn around and facing almost directly West and just ever so slightly North. Now travel in this direction for approximately 30-40 seconds and you will arrive at the Rockopolis entrance and a "random encounter will be in front of the entrance. If you did not get the UFO exploding over your head encounter simply reload your auto save after leaving the garage and travel there again. Eventually the encounter will occur.
Here are some locations if you need more ammo for this gun.

The Alien Blaster or the Firelance (the unique alien blaster that shoots fire) are probably the two strongest ones you can do – ammo is sparce though.

You could also try to do the Alien spaceship – the atomizer is a great 1hd blaster that has a very low AP cost to shoot – my twinked character could get 15 head shots off easily with all the AP gear I wore.

Question for all horror or scary movie experts?
Hey people!
Okay, I saw this movie once when I was a kid and never found the name of it.
I don’t know who’s in it or anything, but here’s the information I do have.

This family moves into a house and it’s haunted
(no, it’s not Amityville Horror)

The spirits get so violent that the parents send the kids to stay with the grandparents.
Then the parents get a phone call from the grandparents. They can hear the kids screaming and stuff and one looks at the other and says "It followed them."

Now, I’m not sure if this is the same movie, but at one point they invite some psychic in the house. He/She goes upstairs and sees two ghosts. One of them is in a wheelchair and one is walking, I think.

As I said, I don’t have many details. The one with the phone call is a definite though.
